Align People Strategy with Business Strategy
We work with fast-growing companies to address organizational development gaps and manage other business challenges associated with growth. If the company focused on increasing revenues without developing the capacity of their people to adapt to change and to lead, it could begin to affect the long term growth of the company over time. We help companies align their people strategy with their business strategy as they scale up.
At the start of each coaching engagement, we gather insight about your challenges and leadership style to customize the program to meet your needs. We begin our sessions by helping you increase your self-awareness and determine priorities for leadership development.
- Observations — We spend time observing your interactions with other employees at work.
- Assessments — Evaluations are conducted to get feedback from other employees you work with to help you better understand your management style and impact on others.
- Thought-provoking Dialogues — Many people assume that coaching is about “telling” the client what to do. What makes coaching effective is that we focus on helping you develop a new thinking process to review your situation and identify a more effective approach to respond to the challenges. The most common method used in coaching sessions is to raise thought-provoking questions to help clients discover blind spots and new perspective. Research shows that we remember better what’s incomplete. In other words, open-ended questions, as opposed to commands, often prompt new thinking and encourage the client to continue to focus on the question or problem.
- Accountability — We believe that when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change, which opens up new possibilities. We help you hold yourself accountable for your own growth and your impact on the organizations by empowering you to tap into your potential and challenging you to take actions towards your goals.
